In 2021 (pre-AI!), I went deep into microfluidics prototyping and started collecting info about the different fabrication methods I came across: soft lithography, laser cutting, 3D printing, paper microfluidics, CNC machining, tape-based devices, and a bunch of lower-cost lab hacks.
I turned those notes into a wiki so the options are easier to compare and navigate.
